Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness.
It employs a combination of pranayama (breathwork), kriyas, and asana (posture), and meditation (breath and mantra) to support the mental, physical, and subtle bodies with vitality and health and experiencing their creative life force energy (Kundalini energy) and expanding their consciousness.
This practice is suitable for all levels of experience with yoga.
Each class has a different dynamic blend of kriya and meditation that will be employed to give the practitioner both a generous experience of physical movement and a deep meditative inquiry. This practice works on all levels - mental, physical and spiritual. All levels of experience are welcome!
