Join us for a morning of slowing down, unwinding, and resting together in community. Consciously take a break from the errands, caretaking and work, and arrive just as you are to receive. Sound Healing is ancient and indigenous to all human beings and planet Earth. Sound is a vibration that moves through various forms of matter. Sound healing can be a powerful healing tool for the body, mind and spirit as it introduces new frequencies intentionally to the recipient's body and brain. This sound bath is designed for those needing and wanting to slow down intentionally and allow the heart, body, mind and spirit to receive and recalibrate in unison. During this session, we will start with some gentle movement and breathwork, followed by an invitation to lay down, relax and receive the healing sounds of the gong, crystal bowls and other instruments designed for frequency elevation and deep healing.
Please bring with you a yoga mat, a blanket or 2, and anything else to help you get very cozy and relax (as we will be laying on the floor for a large part of this practice).
